Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Loretopia CreatorOS or the loretopia.ai platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Your Content

You own everything you create in Loretopia. We claim no intellectual property rights over your Topias, pages, notes, stories, images, or any other creative work.

When you publish content to loretopia.ai, you grant us a limited license to host and display that content publicly. You can revoke this license at any time by unpublishing your content.

3. CreatorOS (Free Tier)

CreatorOS is free to use with no time limits or feature restrictions. You may use it for personal or commercial projects. You are responsible for providing your own AI provider API key.

4. Creator Pro (Paid Tier)

Creator Pro is a monthly or annual subscription. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, published pages will go offline at the end of your billing period, but all local data remains yours.

5. Marketplace (Coming Soon)

The Loretopia Marketplace will allow creators to sell digital assets. Sellers keep 85% of each sale. Separate marketplace terms will apply when the feature launches.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Loretopia to:

• Publish illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Infringe on others' intellectual property
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or misuse the platform

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. CreatorOS will always continue to function locally regardless of account status.
