Loretopia is built on a local-first philosophy. Your creative work lives on your machine. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate our services.

What We Collect

CreatorOS (Desktop App)

CreatorOS stores all data locally on your computer. We do not collect, transmit, or store your creative content (Topias, notes, sheets, stories, images, or generated pages).

When you connect your own AI provider, API calls go directly from your machine to the provider. Loretopia does not proxy or log these calls.

Creator Pro (Web Platform)

If you choose to use Creator Pro, we collect:

• Account information (email, display name)
• Published pages (only content you explicitly choose to publish)
• Usage analytics (page views, basic interaction data)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe; we never see full card numbers)

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain our services
• To process your transactions
• To send important service updates
• To improve our products

What We Don't Do

• We never sell your data
• We never use your creative work to train AI models
• We never share your data with advertisers
• We never access your local CreatorOS data

Your Rights

You can request a full export or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting privacy@loretopia.ai.
